today i am thankful for my tired bones, my exhausted brain, my twitching eye, my lengthy to-do list, my whiny cat, my struggling football team, my creaky car, my pouty husband, and my yucky cough... because today i know at least one thing: that it is a blessing just to be alive. and that as hard as life can be sometimes, it's never a guarantee.
